In order to make a return, please contact our customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org.Once you receive the email from customer service, please do as follows:
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box and return to the following address: UAB „BOX BALTIC”, Laisves al. 41, LT- 44309, Kaunas, Lithuania.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Please contact us by email email@example.com you are interested in size exchange.
